Monja is a warm, trauma-informed counsellor who creates a steady, welcoming space where people can slow down, feel understood, and begin to heal. She supports youth, adults, families, newcomers to Canada, and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals who may be navigating cultural transitions, identity shifts, stress, or feeling overwhelmed by change.
Her practice includes helping clients move through anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance-related or behavioural concerns. Monja integrates evidence-based approaches with mindfulness and gentle, practical guidance to help clients untangle patterns, reconnect with their strengths, and develop confidence and resilience.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, adjusting to a new chapter, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, Monja meets you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. She believes healing is possible for everyone and walks alongside clients as they move toward greater clarity, stability, and emotional well-being.
